The name is derived from the number googol. That is a 1 with 100 zeroes. Larry and Sergey wanted to make their search engine so big that they wanted to name the name after the number. But now it has become Google instead of googol due to a spelling error by Larry. If there is an important occasion or there is a known person's birthday, then Google has a different logo. You call that logo and Google Doodle. The head office is located in America in Sillicon Valley. Google looks at billions of web pages to find the best pages for your search query, usually in less than half a second. No other search engine searches such a large part of the internet or gives so much good information.
